THE MANAGER
The main man/woman behind the driving wheel of the superstar ship , this is the leader of the creative team and he/she is in charge of the planning and strategizing of the direction the star will take in a business and marketing aspect. From bookings,photoshoots and media releases, this head honcho coordinates most of the ”artist life” of the main character,the superstar.
THE ROAD MANAGER
This is the man/woman who is physically behind the driving wheel of any travelling associated activity that the superstar needs to perform. He/she is in charge of planning the travelling itinerary, meaning that they coordinate when and how the star gets to where they need to get. Mapping out the road and planning appropriately between gigs, hotels bookings,flights and more, they are in charge of the travelling department and that is under guided information from THE MANAGER.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER
The creative genius behind the lens, the miracle maker that turns every moment into a beautiful memory . The photographer is in charge of capturing every significant moment that occurs around the superstar. In all of the moments captured, it will be upon the manager and the artists to plan and strategize on which pictures to capitilize on and use for business and marketing functions whether on social media or any other marketing platform. The creative shooter is an active tool in the business and marketing function of the building blocks of an artist and they report THE MANAGER.
CREATIVE ASSISTANT
Creative processes vary in many ways and every process will require a specific creative element. Creative assistants aid in ensuring that these processes are executed in the best creative way possible. PR assistant. Stylists, social media managers etc offer creative assistance in executing creative processes within their designated creative spaces. In the instance of a performing artist, a DJ will form as an active part of the team for performances and gigs.
