Frustration and restlessness gripped many, including Otsile, who found solace in the act of creating art.
Recognizing the digital shift as people increasingly turned to their phones, laptops, and iPads, Otsile decided to share his work on a social media platform, specifically Instagram. The name “Vtsek” was born out of Otsile’s desire to convey a sense of unapologetic boldness, mirroring his artistry’s fearless spirit.
